YTL Corp to launch 2 Sentul residential properties

YTL Land & Development Bhd, a property development subsidiary of YTL Corporation Bhd will launch two residential properties in Sentul this year with sales value of over RM550 million, YTL's managing director Tan Sri Francis Yeoh said last Saturday.

The Saffron, YTL's second development in Sentul East is a RM200 million project comprising of 407 units of condominium apartment while The Mulberry, the company's second development in Sentul West, is a 398 units of condominium apartment valued at over RM350 million.

The Saffron development would be centred around the creation of affordable, high-quality living spaces, while The Mulberry would be based on a design that takes advantage of the park environment.

Speaking at a media briefing on the progress of Sentul's redevelopment project here, Yeoh said The Saffron is scheduled to be launched in September this year while the The Mulberry is the last quarter of the year.

Sentul East's first residential development is The Tamarind - launched in 2002 with a projected sales value of RM130 million while the Maple, launched in July 2003, was Sentul West's first residential project with an estimated sales value of RM150 million.

"We will keep the momentum going with new product launches each year to make Sentul more and more the new address in Kuala Lumpur," Yeoh said. - Bernama
